Moscow has responded to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's offer to hold peace talks in Russia and Ukraine.

In the Turkish President's statement, Russia says that there is no basis for the meeting between President Putin and Ukrainian President Zelensky.

A spokesperson of the Kremlin said in a conversation with the media that the Ukrainian delegation has gone off the radar, currently, the peace negotiation process is not ongoing.

He further said that the meeting of the Presidents of Russia and Ukraine can be held only if the homework of the delegations is completed.

The Kremlin spokesman also said that the peace talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations have been stalled for several months and both countries blame each other for the stalled peace talks.
