Due to the flood situation in Sindh, the inactive railway track has been restored, the train service to Karachi has been started in stages across the country, and the first train Rehman Baba Express will take passengers from Karachi at 10 am. Left for Rawalpindi.

Due to the flood situation in Sindh, the inactive railway track has been restored since August 26, and trains from Karachi to Punjab and KP are being started in a phased manner.

The first train Rehman Baba Express was dispatched from Karachi via Faisalabad to Rawalpindi at 10 am while the Khyber Mail from Peshawar will reach Karachi today and will depart for Peshawar at 10 pm.

On the other hand, it has been decided to restore Karakoram Express, Karachi Express, and Pak Business Express from October 5.

It should be remembered that due to the flood situation in Sindh, only 2 passenger trains were being operated from Karachi, both trains were sent to Hyderabad Mirpur Khas through Mehran Express and Shah Latif Express, while the local train from Karachi to Dhabeji (K CR) service was restored even in flood conditions.
