Islamabad: Prime Minister has taken a big step for the relief of electricity consumers.

The Prime Minister has set up a committee to address the grievances of electricity consumers.

The Prime Minister has directed the committee to include relief in the bills of electricity consumers up to 200 units within 24 hours and reduce the bills of the consumers immediately, the staff of discos should work 24 hours to correct the bills.

Officials of the Power Division told the Prime Minister in the briefing that the implementation of the relief package announced by the Prime Minister for the consumers is being ensured, under the relief given to 1 crore 66 lakh consumers, the bills are being rectified.
