People's Party leader Nabil Gabol has submitted objections to the nomination papers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan for the by-election of National Assembly Constituency 246 from Karachi.

Nabil Gabol has submitted a formal request for objection on Imran Khan's nomination papers to the Returning Officer NA-246.

The petition alleged that PTI had received funds from American businessmen, the recent Election Commission judgment in the prohibited funding case had revealed 13 secret accounts of PTI.

The petition further stated that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has clarified that PTI submitted fake affidavits.

Nabil Gabol also said in his petition that Imran Khan has submitted a fake F1 form in ECP.

The scrutiny of Imran Khan's nomination papers for the by-election on NA-246 will take place tomorrow.
