Justice Tariq Masood has said in the text of the letter that the Attorney General, Law Minister and Bar Council representatives disapproved the appointment of four nominated judges.

According to the text of the letter, Justice Faizaisa was giving the reasons for disapproving the nominations on behalf of the Chief Justice, during which the Chief Justice got up and left the meeting without writing down the decision of the Commission.

 Justice Tariq Masood said that Justice Faiz Isa agreed with my opinion to disapprove the nominated judges, the matter was clear that five members of the commission had disapproved the nominations. Got up from the meeting.

The letter states that instead of ending the regular meeting, the Chief Justice adjourned it, it was clear that five members of the commission had rejected the nominations, how the press release of the Supreme Court PRO was issued.
