People suffering from obesity can now lose weight in just 3 months.



A new study has revealed that eating at certain times of the day can lead to significant weight loss in just 3 months.



According to research, eating between 7 am and 3 pm can significantly reduce a person's weight.



Scientists at the University of Alabama selected 90 obese Americans for the study and prescribed them the same diet and exercise regimen.



The study participants were predominantly female, with an average age of 43 years and a body mass index (BMI) of 39.6.



The participants were divided into two groups and were given specific instructions regarding diet routines and similar exercise routines.



According to the results of this study, obese older adults could lose an average of 6.3 kg by following these 8-hour eating routines for 14 weeks.



However, in comparison, those who ate at their own time could lose only 4 kg.



In this study, the researchers said that the results show that limiting the time for eating restricts our calories, with the participants consuming 214 extra calories per day due to the routine of eating at certain times. 



It is a popular weight loss method that has been used by Hollywood stars like Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Kidman and Benedict Cumberbatch for years.



In this way, not only weight can be lost, but it also reduces the risks of age-related diseases.



Obesity is a rapidly growing problem worldwide, causing people to suffer from cancer, heart disease, and other health problems.


The research on this method of significant weight loss has been published in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine.
